Kris J has been doing weight lifting for 6 years and has done well in the fitness world. She has competed in Iceland two times and finished both times in the 2nd place.
Her first International competition was the Arnold Classic Europe 2011 where she got 2nd as well. Her latest competiton was the WBFF World Championship in August 2012. Kris competed in the Diva Bikini category against 43 other girls and got the 5th place.
She is really happy with her achievement since it was her first competition in a pro league. When Kris is not competing, she is a personal trainer and a model.
