What if we told you that it is possible to cook delicious and varied desserts without adding a single gram of animal ingredients and products? This recipe of high-protein chickpea mousse is the proof. It will satisfy your sweet cravings after your meal.

Preparation

Step 1: Whisk the chickpea juice with an electric beater.

Step 2: In another bowl, mix the Vegan protein powder, almond milk, skyr and stevia.

Step 3: Add honey. Mix gently.

Step 4: In a cup, pour the mixture and then add the chickpea mousse gently on top.

Step 5: Put in the freezer overnight and you can enjoy your dessert in the morning.
