Protein cookies with chocolate chips
Huge crush on this simple chocolate chip cookie recipe! Shortbread and crunchy as it should, these little sweets are achieved with the Light Digest Whey Protein neutral flavor. You can also replace the chocolate chips with pistachios! A real delight!
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 175 degrees. In a bowl, put the soft margarine and mix with the brown sugar and the fine sugar (or one of its substitutes: the stevia, the sugar of coconut flower ...)
Step 2: Incorporate flour, fermented flour and mix again until smooth and lump-free.
Step 3: When the preparation is homogeneous, add a dose of Light Digest neutral flavor. Finally, add chocolate chips and 3 whole eggs.
Step 4: When you get a very compact, non-sticky paste, place it on a non-stick surface and sprinkle with flour. Form the paste which you will divide into smaller portions. Tap to get round and uniform cookies.
Step 5: Arrange and space the cookies on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes depending on the power of your oven. Take them out and let them cool. Enjoy your meal !
