Whey can be fun and summerish looking!

Try this protein coco water it is perfect to prepare for summer weekend party!

Voorbereiding

Step 1: Put all ingredients in the blender and mix it until smooth mass appears.

Step 2: Remove from the blender.

Step 3: Take one coconut and seperate it in two halfs. Use hammer and knife to separate in the middle.

Step 4: When separated, create two cups.

Step 5: Pour your whey in it .

Step 6: Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes so that it becomes firm and cold.

Step 7: Enjoy!
