Delivery times are given for information and are mentionned in business day. QNT SA can not be held responsible for non-compliance with the time indicated by the carrier.

We do not deliver to the following countries/regions: Balearic Islands, Andorra, Gilbraltar, Canary Islands, Melilla, Ceuta, Corsica, Great Britain, Channel Islands/Northern Ireland/Islands of Man, St. Martin, Vatican, Norway, Azores, Madeira, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Cyprus, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faeroe Islands, Iceland, Kosovo, Malta, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia.

2. Shipment

Every order validated will be shipped no later than 2 business days. Once the command is sent, the customer will be informed by email.

3. Presentation of order

The carrier appointed by QNT presents the order once or twice, depending on the country of destination, at the address stipulated by the customer when validating the order: 

One presentation for France (excluding DOM-TOM), Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg two presentations for Belgium When the addressee is absent despite the presentation(s), the carrier leaves a notice of passage allowing the customer to pick up his order at the place indicated by the carrier. This period of custody varies according to the country of destination and it is up to the customer to withdraw his order within the time limit.

After this period, the order will be returned to the sender, QNT. If the customer wishes to resend his order, he will be charged a shipping fee. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.

4. Product availability

Only products of stock can be added and controlled in a basket. In case of unavailability of the ordered product due to an error of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer has the choice between a refund or replacement of a product at the same price.

5. Return of products

5.1. If products have received defective or do not comply with the order, the customer must notify within 5 days from receipt of the order, QNT SA by mail (at the address above) by email to orders@qntsport.com or via the contact form available on the website www.qntsport.com. If a product return is requested by QNT sa, transport costs will be borne by the company. The client, meanwhile, will be offered a refund or new shipment of products.

5.2. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase of the products within 14 days from the date of delivery. To do this, the client will request from the company in the QNT its deadline. If the customer returns the product of its own initiative, any transportation costs will not be reimbursed.

5.3. QNT his only resume the products intact and in their original condition and packaging. Products opened, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.
