Homemade coconut protein pudding

Puddings are good, but it's even better when you cook them yourself! Nourishing, energetic and delicious, this recipe for homemade coconut protein pudding will satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty! Gluten-free, this pudding is so light that you won't be able to resist a second bite. For brunch, breakfast or a snack, it will satisfy your taste buds at any time of the day!

for 1 person

  • 1/2 L Coconut milk
  • 100 g Pudding protein (white chocolate)
  • 20 drops of vanilla zero sugar
  • 20 g Light Digest Whe protein (crème brûlée
  • 2 tbsp IMO syrup

Preparation

Step 1: In a bowl, pour 6 tablespoons of coconut milk.


Step 2: Add the rest of the ingredients to the same bowl and mix well until you obtain a smooth, crumble-free mix.


Step 3: Put the rest of the milk in another saucepan and heat it up.


Step 4: When the milk is heated, remove from the heat and add the mixture from the other bowl.


Step 5: Mix well.


Step 6: Put the saucepan back on the heat and let it rest for about 1 to 2 minutes.


Step 7: Then pour it into glasses and put them in the freezer for at least 5 hours in order for them to be firm.


Step 8: Enjoy!
