Refreshing Banana Energy Shake

This is it is finally Spring! With the warm weather coming in, it's the perfect time to train outside and refresh yourself with a delicious banana milkshake! A real taste of freshness to enjoy any time of the day! Thanks to our Whey Protein, this shake is a nutrient bomb. A guaranteed energy boost!

  • 2 fresh bananas
  • 80 g of Light Digest Whey protein (banana)
  • 64 g of peanut butter
  • 64 g of light cottage cheese
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • Choco crumbs for décor

Preparation

Step 1: Take 2 pieces of banana and put them in the blender until have a smooth mixture.


Step 2: Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend.


Step 3: If the mixture is too thick, add more milk.


Step 4: You can put it in the freezer for 15 minutes if you like the refreshing feel of the shake.


Step 5: Decorate as desired.


Step 6: Enjoy!
