Meet Victorien Oudry, this sports coach with a passion for bodybuilding is also a QNT Ambassador. In this interview he talks about his love for sports, his sports routine as well as his crush on Metapure proetins, creatine, Joint+ ...
1. Hi Victorien, can you introduce yourself in a few words?
My name is Victorien, I am 24 years old and I am originally from Thouars in the Deux-Sèvres. Currently I live in Poitiers. In life I am an independent sports coach and content creator on social networks. I help my clients to lose weight, develop their physique and reach their goals!
2. What sport do you practice? For how long?
I have been practicing musculation for 7 years, I started with the goal of losing some fat and feeling better. Now I'm looking to develop my physique and strength more.
To grow, I recommend practicing basic exercises making sure you master them
3. What is your typical day as an athlete?
In the morning I am productive for work: answering messages from my clients and preparing future programs. Some days I alternate and work on my next YouTube video. In the afternoon I go for training, which can take me up to two or three hours! As you can see, I can plan my schedule a little bit as I want!
4. What are your favorite exercises?
At the moment, my favorite exercises are squat, bench press and lift. These are the pillars of my training as I mix powerlifting and bodybuilding! In my opinion there are no better exercises than others to achieve your goals, each has its positive and negative points. I generally recommend sticking with basic exercises and making sure you master them to grow.
I set big goals to get out of my comfort zone
5. What inspired you to go all in on sports?
Basically I wasn't a big athlete: I was overweight as a child until my teenage years, which was pretty hard to live with. I started musculation with the ambition to change physically and accept myself more. Over time it became a real passion, and even my profession!
6. What are you looking for in your sports practice?
I'm looking to progress on several aspects, both mentally and physically. The sport in general teaches you to become persistent, work hard and challenge yourself to succeed! Personally, I feel the need to set big goals to push myself out of my comfort zone.
7. Why did you choose QNT supplements?
I chose QNT mainly because of the quality of their products. When I consume supplements, I want to know exactly what I am consuming and where it is coming from! With them, I am not disappointed. Among my must-haves is the new pre-workout without caffeine, I'm a big fan. I also consume a lot of pancake mix (https://be.qntsport.com/fr/proteine/195-protein-pancake-sans-aromes.html), protein Metapure without lactose, Creatine (https://be.qntsport.com/fr/capsules-creatine/141-creatine-monohydrate.html), Omega 3 (https://be.qntsport.com/fr/nos-programmes/416-pack-omega-3.html), Multivitamins, the Joint + etc. I especially love that they make my daily life easier while optimizing recovery!
