  • 1 cup Frozen raspberries
  • 30 g Light Digest protein (Cuberdon)
  • 64 g Yogurt
  • 32 g Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Maple syrup, plus extra for topping
  • 1.42 g Pure vanilla extract
  • 64 g Cornflakes
  • 8 Strawberries (sliced or whole)
  • 8 Blueberries
  • 32 g Banana
  • 2 tbsp. Almonds
  • 1 tsp. Chia seeds
  • (1.42 g = 1/4 teaspoon)
  • (32 g = 1/4 cup)
  • (64 g = 1/2 cup)
  • (85 g = 2/3 cup)
  • (128 g = 1 cup)

Preparation

Step 1: Mix frozen raspberries, protein, yogurt, 1 tablespoon maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.


Step 2: Transfer to a bowl and top with cornflakes, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and a drizzle of yogurt if desired.
