Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Articles VI.47 et seq.) and the European Directive on consumer rights, you have a right of withdrawal for any purchase made on QNTSPORT.COM.

Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the last item of your order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional buyers.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

The easiest way is to use the online form below. You may also notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, by email at order@qntsport.com or by post to QNT - Customer Service, Technoparc de Thudinie 3, 6536 Donstiennes, Belgium. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. The reimbursement is made using the same means of payment that you used for the order; a voucher may be offered if you prefer.

The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notification. The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and good functioning.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to sealed goods which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery (for example an opened product), to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Unopened products, in their original sealed packaging, remain eligible.
