40 Minutes

EASY

for 1 person

  • 250 g peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g Prime Whey (cookies and cream)
  • 225 g coconut oil
  • 200 g coconut sugar
  • 75 g dark chocolate chips
  • 100 g flour

Preparation

Step 1: Place the peanut butter in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator to firm up.

Step 2: Mix the coconut oil and sugar in a large bowl until you get a smooth consistency, then add the eggs.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix the flour with 150g of Prime Whey from QNT. Then gradually add this dry mixture to the other bowl of wet ingredients and mix well.

Step 4: Once mixed, stir in the chocolate chips. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. While the dough cools, preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Step 5: Remove the cookie dough and peanut butter from the refrigerator. Roll out cookie dough balls (size of a golf ball), then, on a baking sheet, flatten them into discs of about 1-1.5 cm thick.

Step 6: Place a teaspoon of peanut butter in the middle of each disc, then fold the dough so that it completely covers the peanut butter.

Step 7: Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. After the time has elapsed, allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.

Step 8: Enjoy!
