  • 2 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 cups milk (almond, cashew or regular)
  • 80 g QNT Light Digest Whey Protein (white chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Preparation

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together.


Step 2: Adjust the amount of water or milk, depending on how creamy and thick you want the shake.


Step 3: Grind the mixture in an electric mixer.


Step 4: Serve and taste!
