Chocolate Protein Mousse

You follow a vegan diet and don't want to give up on little gourmet pleasures? This recipe of high-protein chickpea mousse is the proof. It will satisfy your sweet cravings after your meal.

for 1 person

  • 50 g Almond milk
  • 50 g Skyr
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 20 g Vegan protein (chocolate muffin)
  • 2 tsp Stevia
  • 1 tsp honey


Step 1: Whisk the chickpea juice with an electric beater.

Step 2: In another bowl, mix the Vegan protein powder, almond milk, skyr and stevia.

Step 3: Add honey. Mix gently.

Step 4: In a cup, pour the mixture and then add the chickpea mousse gently on top.

Step 5: Put in the freezer overnight and you can enjoy your dessert in the morning.
