Protein fruit salad

If Mardi Gras goes with pancakes, waffles and doughnuts, at QNT, we decided this year to celebrate this day in a healthier way. So, say goodbye to sweets and hello to a delicious protein fruit salad. The ideal product to make this recipe? Vanilla Skinny Protein. A boost of vitamins and nutrients that will allow you to fully enjoy this festive day.

for 1 person

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup
  • Ingredients for topping:
  • 2 scoops of Skinny Protein Vanilla Ice cream
  • 100 ml Vanilla milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla drops

Preparation

Step 1: Cut all the fruit into small cubes.


Step 2: Add the fruit to a salad bowl.


Step 3: Add a small amount of agave syrup and lemon juice (agave syrup gives a sweet taste to sour fruit juices and lemon juice prevents the fruit from turning brown when served on the table).


Step 4: Prepare the protein powder, milk and the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well.


Step 5: Pour a small amount of Skinny protein powder on top of the fruit salad.


Step 6: Serve and enjoy.
