Banana-Lemon Cheesecake Shake

This protein shake consists fully of healthy ingredients, such as banana, lemon and cinnamon.

  • 1  Frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 40 g QNT LIGHT DIGEST WHEY PROTEIN (banana)
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup

Preparation

Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender


Step 2: Add Light Digest Whey Protein (banana) and blend well until smooth and creamy


Step 3: Put in a glass


Step 4: Garnish with your favorite toppings


Step 5: Serve immediately and enjoy!
