"Endurance" Shake

This easy-to-prepare protein shake will give you that extra boost of endurance when you need it the most. Ingredients such as maca powder and bananas in combination with Light Digest Whey Protein will help you achieve this goal easily!

  • 30 g QNT Light Digest Whey Protein (banana)
  • 30 g QNT Light Digest Whey Protein (coconut)
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 15 ml coconut milk
  • 2 frozen bananas

Preparation

Step 1: Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until the texture becomes foamy.


Step 2: Let it rest 5-10 minutes in the fridge.


Step 3: Pour into a glass and enjoy.
