Halloween spooky protein balls! Sweet, spooky and loaded in protein, this snack is the perfect pre-workout meal! Spook you friends this Halloween with this yummy recipe!

  • 1 cup Natural peanut butter
  • 60 g Light Digest Whey protein (Hazelnut chocolate)
  • 32 g Raw honey or agava syrup
  • 1 tsp. Black coffee
  • 32 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 500 g Cooking black chocolate
  • 500 g Melted chocolate
  • Candy eyes
  • (32 g = 1/4 cup)
  • (64 g = 1/2 cup)
  • (85 g = 2/3 cup)
  • (128 g = 1 cup)


Step 1: Mix the peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and protein powder together until it forms a smooth dough.

Step 2: Roll pieces of dough into 24 balls (a little smaller than an inch in diameter).

Step 3: Roll then in melted chocolate.


Step 1: Place two candy eyes onto protein balls.

Step 2: Melt chocolate until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Place the chocolate into a bag fitted with a #3 round tip.

Step 4: Put eight legs for each protein ball, moving from the outside to the center, then place the ball on the center.
