for 1 person

  • 120 g Green salad
  • 100 g Fresh cut carrots
  • 150 g White grilled chicken meat
  • 40 g Red salad
  • 20 g Corn
  • 1 tsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • Zero calorie sauce of your choice

Preparation

Step 1: Take the white chicken meat and grill it on a hot grill pan for 2 min on each sides until cooked.


Step 2: Prepare salad.


Step 3: Take all the salad ingredients and mix them together.


Step 4: When the chicken has cooled down a bit, cut it into cubes and place it on top of the salad.


Step 5: Add oil and lemon juice on top.


Step 6: Add zero-calorie sauce of your choice on top.


Step 7: Bon appétit!
