  • 60 g Peanut butter
  • 40 g Peanuts
  • 20 g Light Digest Whey protein (Salted caramel)
  • 40 g Erythritol
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Baking soda

Preparation

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C.


Step 2: Grind the peanuts into a fine flour and mix it in a bowl with the peanut butter, erythritol, protein powder, egg and baking soda.


Step 3: Knead the dough, then form it into balls with wet hands and press them with your palm into a biscuit shape on a baking tray covered with baking paper.


Step 4: Remember to leave some space between the biscuits as they grow and expand during baking.


Step 5: Bake for about 10-15 minutes.


Step 6: When they are ready and cool, you can spread them with peanut butter and serve them with coffee, tea or just as a snack.
