Try these protein-packed Oreo cookies.
They're absolutely delicious.
Trust us, you'll savor every bite.

for 1 person
- 60 g rice flour (or wheat flour)
- 80 g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 80 g easily digestible whey protein (white chocolate)
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 100 g Organic coconut sugar
- 150 g Organic coconut oil
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Vanilla powder
- 80 g White chocolate (melted)
Préparation
Step 1: In a bowl, mix together the rice flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2: In a second bowl, beat the egg with the vanilla powder.
Step 3: Using a mixer, blend the coconut oil with the sugar until you obtain a creamy consistency.
Step 4: Combine and mix all the ingredients together.
Step 5: Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 6: Roll out the dough on parchment paper.
Step 7: Cut out round cookies.
Step 8: Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 350°F.
Step 9: Let the cookies cool.
Step 10: When the cookies are at room temperature, place melted white chocolate between two cookies to form an “Oreo” cookie.
Step 11: Enjoy right away!
