Two botanical ingredients: Panax ginseng and eleutherococcus

The formula is enriched with a dry extract of Panax ginseng root (Panax ginseng C.A. Mey.) and a dry extract of eleutherococcus root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), two plants with a long-standing tradition of use in herbal preparations to support vitality.

How to take it and format

Recommended use

• 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water
• Preferably with the midday meal (the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D3 and E is better with a meal)
• Swallow whole, do not chew
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose

Precautions

• Food supplement: cannot replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
• Vitamin A: this product provides 1,200 µg of retinol per daily dose (150% NRV). Regular consumption of supplements providing significant amounts of vitamin A may be harmful during pregnancy. Not recommended for pregnant women or women planning to become pregnant without prior medical advice.
• Ginseng: not recommended for continuous use beyond 3 consecutive months without a break. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you take medication, particularly for blood pressure, blood sugar or anticoagulants.
• Chromium: if you are diabetic or following a treatment that affects blood sugar levels, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before use.
• General: keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Energy & reduction of tiredness

Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12, together with vitamin C and iron, contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Immune system

Vitamins A, C, D3, B9 and B12, along with iron, zinc, selenium and copper, contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Protection of cells from oxidative stress

Vitamins C and E, riboflavin (B2), selenium, zinc, copper and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
