for 1 person
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup plant milk
- 30 g QNT ZERO CARB METAPURE (Vanilla)
- 1 tbsp indian nuts
- ½ cup agava syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla flavor
- ½ cup coconut crumbs
Preparation
Step 1: In a blender add all ingredients for cream and blend till smooth mass appears. Put aside.
Step 2: Take crust ingredients (indian nuts+agava syrup) and blend them together.
Step 3: Grease the bottom of baking bowl with coconut oil.
Step 4: Cover all the bottom of the bowl with crust mass.
Step 5: Take ½ cream and put it on crust.
Step 6: Lay strawberries on top.
Step 7: Pour another layer of cream on the strawberries.
Step 8: Top it with rest of the strawberries.
