Fitness enthusiast, Loic Van Lang decided to become a sports coach. Alongside his 100-hour days, he is also QNT Ambassador. Check out his habits, his favorites and his full selection.
1. Hi Loic, can you introduce yourself in a few words?
My name is Loic, I am from Brussels and I am 31 years old. Passionate about fitness, I became a sports coach three years ago.
"I started sports very early... since I was walking actually!"
2.What sports activities do you practice?
I like to dabble in a little bit of everything! I mainly do fitness and running. I started working out very early...since I was walking actually! I've always been very active: I tried out several team sports before I got into fitness a good 10 years ago.
3. What is your typical day as an athlete?
Although I prefer morning workouts, I don't have a routine, my workouts are highly dependent on my schedule... I have to adapt and it's a daily challenge! With organization, I manage to train almost every day. On a more general level, I try to pay attention to my lifestyle despite my busy days. This includes making good food choices, although it's not always easy to find healthy alternatives when eating out.
4. What are your favorite exercises?
I love polyarticular movements like the bench press, squat and deadlift. In my opinion, the must for gaining muscle is functional and complex exercises. Functional training takes the simple movements of everyday life, which effectively improves fitness.
"I tried out several team sports before I got passionate about fitness"
5. And what inspired you to go all in on the sport?
The feeling of well-being after a session and the positive impact that regular physical activity could have on my quality of life. The sport helps me relieve stress while doing something that is good for me!

6. Why did you choose QNT dietary supplements?
QNT is THE internationally recognized Belgian brand offering quality products! I love the shakes Light Digest for their taste and the time saving they offer me. I also consume Joint+ shots which helps maintain joint flexibility, I've really felt a difference since I've been consuming them!
