- 80 g Oats
- 40 g Skinny Protein (Chocolate)
- 210 ml Water
- 20 ml Almond milk
- 1 tbsp.Cocoa
- 1 tbsp.Protein peanut butter
- 1 Banana
- 2 Squares of dark chocolate
- Crushed almonds
Preparation
Step 1: Take the 80 g of oats and pour in water and milk.
Step 2: Put in the microwave for 2 minutes until it boils.
Step 3: Then, add cocoa and QNT protein powder.
Step 4: Stir well.
Step 5: Decorate with banana, chocolate, almonds and peanut butter.
Step 6: Enjoy.
