- 1 cup Frozen raspberries
- 30 g Light Digest protein (Cuberdon)
- 64 g Yogurt
- 32 g Milk
- 1 tbsp. Maple syrup, plus extra for topping
- 1.42 g Pure vanilla extract
- 64 g Cornflakes
- 8 Strawberries (sliced or whole)
- 8 Blueberries
- 32 g Banana
- 2 tbsp. Almonds
- 1 tsp. Chia seeds
- (1.42 g = 1/4 teaspoon)
- (32 g = 1/4 cup)
- (64 g = 1/2 cup)
- (85 g = 2/3 cup)
- (128 g = 1 cup)
Preparation
Step 1: Mix frozen raspberries, protein, yogurt, 1 tablespoon maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
Step 2: Transfer to a bowl and top with cornflakes, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and a drizzle of yogurt if desired.
Step 3: Enjoy!
