for 1 person
- 1 cup Natural peanut butter
- 60 g Light Digest Whey protein (Hazelnut chocolate)
- 32 g Raw honey or agava syrup
- 1 tsp. Black coffee
- 32 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 500 g Cooking black chocolate
- SPIDER
- 500 g Melted chocolate
- Candy eyes
- (32 g = 1/4 cup)
- (64 g = 1/2 cup)
- (85 g = 2/3 cup)
- (128 g = 1 cup)
Prpearation
Step 1: Mix the peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and protein powder together until it forms a smooth dough.
Step 2: Roll pieces of dough into 24 balls (a little smaller than an inch in diameter).
Step 3: Roll then in melted chocolate.
SPIDER
Step 1: Place two candy eyes onto protein balls.
Step 2: Melt chocolate until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Place the chocolate into a bag fitted with a #3 round tip.
Step 4: Put eight legs for each protein ball, moving from the outside to the center, then place the ball on the center.
