The workday is finally over, so it's time for a moment of relaxation and sweet pleasure, after all you've earned it, right? And what could be better than concocting a delicious protein pudding to fill up on energy? A pure delight in every bite that will make the end of your day more beautiful.

for 1 person

  • Base:
  • 5 g Flaxseed
  • 10 g Oat and banana flour
  • 5 g Chocolate without syrup
  • Cream 1:
  • 20 g Light Digest Whey protein (Belgian choocolate)
  • 10 g Nutella
  • 50 g Low fat cheese
  • 15 ml Almond milk
  • Cream 2:
  • 20 g QNT Dessert Protein
  • 20 g Light Digest Whey protein (Crème brûlée)
  • 1 tsp. Yellow food colouring
  • 50 g Low fat cheese
  • 15 ml Almond milk

Preparation

Step 1: Mix the base ingredients and place them in the bottom of each jar.


Step 2: Mix all the ingredients for cream 1 and place it on top of the base layer. Place in a cool place to firm up.


Step 3: Mix all the ingredients for cream 2 and place it on top of cream 2.


Step 4: Chill in the fridge to firm up for half an hour.


Step 5: Taste.
