Healthy Chocolate Pancakes
Making healthy, light chocolate pancakes is at the reach of anybody, provided one has the will and right ingredients at hand! Start your day by indulging in these mouthwatering pancakes rich in protein!
Step 1: Mix 1 egg, 3 egg whites, 1 tbsp of oat flour and 200 ml of milk.
Step 2: Divide batter in 2. Put a scoop of QNT Light Digest Whey Protein (chocolate) in one part and a scoop of QNT Light Digest Whey Protein (white chocolate) in the other.
Step 3: Top it up with some vanilla yoghurt and fresh berries.
